The time is fast approaching that we need to get the Vineyard House on the market, so in addition to banging away at existing projects, Jordan and I have been making a master list of to-do’s before we officially go on the market.
Even though it is a seller’s market right now, we still want our home to present as well as possible. Below is our in-depth to-do list. A lot of these items are specific to our house, and most of it involves finishing projects that we started.
Whole Home

After all of this we’ll be doing a walk through with our realtor and anyone else who wants to join, creating a final punch list, deep cleaning (don’t worry, we’ll also have a list for that!), decluttering, staging, photographing… and then we’ll be ready to list! Wish us luck!
